1. The service

NameItGenie.ai ("NameItGenie", "we", "us") is an AI-powered naming tool that generates brand, app, and creator name ideas and checks domain and social-handle availability. By accessing or using NameItGenie, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You may generate a limited number of names without an account. To unlock more names, save favorites, or purchase a plan, you must sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. How we handle your sign-in data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Plans and pricing

• Free: 5 AI-generated names per session with domain and social-handle checks. No credit card required.
• Lifetime Pro ($99 one-time): unlimited name generations and full availability checking, forever. One-time payment, no subscription.
• Monthly Pro ($4.99/month): unlimited name generations and full availability checking, billed monthly. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Limited-time lifetime deal ($49 one-time): the same lifetime access offered at a promotional price while the offer is active.

Prices are in USD. We may change pricing for new purchases at any time; existing lifetime purchases are never charged again.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. By purchasing a plan, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact support@nameitgenie.ai within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive rates, or use generated names for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Names and availability

AI-generated names are suggestions only. Availability results are checked against third-party sources at generation time and may change; we do not guarantee that a name, domain, or handle is registrable or free of trademark conflicts. Always do your own trademark search before launching.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NameItGenie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NameItGenie after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
