1) Agreement

By using NameItGenie.ai you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent you’re authorized to bind it.

2) The Service

NameItGenie provides AI-assisted name ideas and availability checks (domains/socials). We do not provide legal or trademark advice and do not guarantee a suggested name is unique or available.

3) Accounts & Acceptable Use

Keep your credentials secure and information accurate.
Don’t misuse the service (spam, scraping without permission, attempting to bypass security, violating IP or applicable laws).

4) Third-Party Services

Using Google Sign-In means you also agree to Google’s applicable terms and policies. You may revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

5) Plans & Fees (if applicable)

Pricing, features, and limits may change; we’ll communicate material changes. Fees are billed in advance and may be subject to taxes.

6) Intellectual Property

Your Content: you own your prompts and saved ideas; you grant us a limited license to process/store them to operate the service.
Our IP: the site, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as stated.

7) Feedback

If you submit suggestions or ideas, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use them without restriction.

8) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND AVAILABILITY. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE—PLEASE VERIFY BEFORE USE.

9) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD OR (B) $100.

10) Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11) Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, limits) survive termination.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Exclusive venue: Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless prohibited by law.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
