1. Information we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We use this to create and manage your NameItGenie account.

Usage data. We log the names you generate, your favorites, and basic product analytics so we can improve the service.

Payment data. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe shares only what we need to fulfill your order (e.g. payment status).

2. How we use information

We use your information to operate NameItGenie, unlock the names and features you paid for, provide support, and improve our AI naming. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Google sign-in data

We request only basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) via Google sign-in. We use your email to identify your account and your plan; we never post to your Google account or read your emails. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account settings.

4. Payments via Stripe

Stripe processes all payments and handles your card details under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmations of successful payments so we can activate Lifetime or Monthly access.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Sharing of information

We share data only with the service providers needed to run NameItGenie (hosting, database, Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in) and when required by law. We never sell your data.

7. Your rights and choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing support@nameitgenie.ai. Deleting your account removes your generations and favorites.

8. Data security and retention

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls. We keep account data only as long as your account is active or as required by law.
