What We Do

NameItGenie helps users generate brand/app/channel names and check availability signals (e.g., domains and social handles). You can sign in with Google to create an account and save results.

Data We Collect

Google Sign-In basics: name, email, and profile image after you consent.
Account & session: authentication/session tokens and security logs.
App usage: prompts you type, saved ideas, clicks, device/browser metadata, and error logs.
Cookies: strictly necessary cookies for login/session; optional analytics only if enabled.

How We Use Data

Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
Provide core features (saving ideas, availability checks) and improve the service.
Prevent abuse, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Service providers: hosting, analytics, logging, and email—under confidentiality and security obligations.
Legal/compliance: where required by law or to protect rights/safety.
Business transfers: in a merger/sale, we’ll notify you of material changes.

Your Choices

Revoke Google access anytime at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Request access/correction/deletion: support@nameitgenie.ai.
Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links (if we send any).

Retention

Account and saved content persist while your account is active (or until you delete them). Auth tokens and logs are kept only as long as needed for security/operations, then deleted or anonymized.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (e.g., TLS in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or higher minimum age where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than yours; we use appropriate safeguards where required.

Changes

We’ll update this page and revise the effective date for changes. Material updates may also be emailed to registered users.
